Where does Wake in Cloud ship?
We ship only to the 48 contiguous states in the USA.
Please kindly noted that P.O. boxes and military addresses (AFO, FPO) cannot be delivered.
Do you ship internationally?

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When will I get my order?
Standard Shipping to contiguous 48 states is 4-10 business days.
Shipping times indicated above are approximations. While every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, shipping times are not guaranteed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We partnered with Amazon to ship out our orders. Amazon will choose the carrier based on your location.
Why is my order split over multiple shipments?
In some cases, we may split your order over a number of shipments depending on the type of items in your order, availability and where the item is coming from in our network.
You will not be charged if this occurs.
We will always do our best to ensure your orders are consolidated into the fewest number of shipments possible.
What is your return policy?
We hope to see our customers loving their Wake In Cloud products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept all returns within 30 days of your delivery date. The returned item has to be in its original packaging, unused and unwashed.
For all change of mind returns, shipping costs will be borne by customers.
Is shipping fee covered for returns?
For all change of mind returns, we do not cover the return shipping fees.
For returns of damaged or faulty items, return shipping fees will be fully borne by us.
How do I initiate a return?
To process a return, please fill out our returns form by clicking here. Our customer service team will be contacting you shortly to follow up with your return request.
What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
At Wake In Cloud, we take extreme care to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality. However, if you do encounter any damaged or faulty item, we make sure that we make things right for you. Please inform our customer service team through this contact us form. We will get back to you within 24 hours upon receiving your request.
How long does a return take to be processed?
Returns usually take up to 5 business days to be processed from the date the parcel has been received by the warehouse.
During peak times between Nov-Jan when return volumes are extremely high please allow up to 10 business days.
All returns will be processed back onto the same payment method you used to purchase.
You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Can I return products I purchased through Amazon?
At this time, we only accept returns for products purchased on our website. Products purchased through Amazon or other third-party partners must be returned through that site and will be subject to their return policy guidelines.
What is your exchange policy?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like to replace your purchased item with another design or size, you may return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the item you want. To process a return, please inform our customer service team through this contact us form.
How can I update or cancel my order?
Please email your name and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to do what we can to help amend your order.
To ensure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible, our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, which leaves a short window to cancel or change an order, but we'll do our best to try and help!
How can I check the status of my order?
Within 2-3 business days of placing your order, you'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number letting you know your order is on its way. If you don't receive one, please check your spam folder just in case it got delivered there.
Alternatively, you can sign in to view the status and details of your orders through My Orders.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa,MasterCard as well as PayPal.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
There is a limit of one promo code per order placed, but if you have credits or earnings in your account, they will apply to your order automatically, with or without a promo!
What is WAKE IN CLOUD rewards?
Put simply this is our way of showing our appreciation to you our loyal customers! You’ll earn points for activities on our website, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn money off purchases, so the more you buy the more you save.
Who can join?
Anyone who signs up for an account is automatically enrolled.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all the things you would normally do, including following us on social media, referring friends and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points visit our Rewards page.
How do I redeem my points?
If you have enough points you can claim them for redeemable vouchers, such as $5, $10, or free shipping.
What are redeemable vouchers?
Redeemable vouchers are dollars off discount codes. They are to be applied in the discount code section during checkout. Vouchers may not be combined or used with other code offers.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Absolutely not! You are welcome to earn as many as you can.
How does the Refer a Friend program work?
Share your unique link with a friend. When your friend places an order we will gift them $5 off their order (minimum $50 spend) and gift you 500 points.
If a friend I refer cancels or returns their order what happens to my points?
Your pending points will be cancelled and removed from your account.
How do I earn points for following on social media?
Simply log into your account and head to the Rewards area. Click on any of the social media outlets you wish to follow and login to that platform and like, follow or subscribe. If you already follow us and want to be rewarded simply select your chosen social media channel while logged in to your social profile and the system will verify your account.
Why did my account balance decrease?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn’t earn the points!
It can take several minutes for us to process your activity and allocate your points.
What do the ‘approved’, ‘pending’ and ‘cancelled’ statuses mean?
Approved – These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately. Pending – These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. The approval period is 10 working days. Cancelled – these points will not be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly – please redeem your points for a voucher, which can then be applied during checkout.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us by email email@example.com and ask to be unenrolled. We’ll remove you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
If I leave the program and decide to join again can I get my points back?
Unfortunately, your point total will begin from zero but we can re-enroll you.
